The house is split into two sides. One side is rented by a travel RN, the other side is listed here. The two sides are not shared and are completely separate with their own entrances (like a duplex). On this side of the house there is a master bedroom w/king sized bed + full bath, full kitchen, and extra bathroom with W/D, as well as a dining area and living room. Out the side door you have access to your own private fenced yard and storage shed. It is very large! Total, the living space is about 900 sq. ft Minimum 3 month lease, utilities included $1400/month $150 non-refundable cleaning fee (it will be professionally cleaned before you move in) $1000 refundable deposit This rental is very close to TMC, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Banner Medical Center Available in January (exact dates flexible!)
