Upon review of the application, we may require additional supporting documents and/or additional deposit on a case-by-case basis. A rental is not considered rented until the lease is signed by all applicants and funds are paid. Prior to receiving keys, all applicants will need to bring in a valid photo ID and all monies will need to be paid in full by certified funds.
