We are a married couple living in the basement of the house. There is a second bedroom/bath upstairs that is occupied by a roommate. We are looking for a renter interested in a 3 to 6 month lease. We are open to working out a longer arrangement if the first 3 months goes well. We are about a mile from Englewood RTD Station, and about the same to south Broadway which has nice dining options. We are a 5-minute drive from Walmart, King Soopers, and Swedish Medical Center. There is a pleasant bike/foot path that is also close. The community is quiet with personable neighbors. Furnished: Full sized bed with mattress, mattress cover, 2 pillows, side tables, desk, lamp, and Fire TV. Linens, bedding, and bath towels provided if needed. The smart TV is a Amazon Fire TV with an antenna for local channels. The Fire TV has Amazon basic with some free and live offerings. You can also sign into your own streaming accounts. Shared, updated, kitchen with dedicated fridge for the tenants. Pots, pans, and dishes available to use. There is a dishwasher, full size and toaster ovens, microwave, and filtered water dispenser. Shared upstairs dining and living room. There is a living room in the basement where we stay, so there is plenty of room in the house. Laundry days/times are scheduled due to laundry facilities being in our living space downstairs, or there is a laundromat a couple of blocks away Off street parking, free. Vape friendly, but no smoking in the house. No pets We both work 30 to 40 hours a week and keep a daytime schedule. We always start with a 3 month lease for roommates, and will reevaluate for a longer term, if desired, and the situation is working for all involved. Basic lease tenants are we ask for quiet hours between 10p and 5am. There is no smoking in the house, and no illegal drugs. We do ask that we be informed of guests that are coming to the house, and guest hours are between 7a and 10p. There are no overnight visitors without approval, and visitors cannot stay consecutive nights.
