The room has central A/C/heat, queen bed, desk, high-speed WiFi, cable TV via Roku, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, laundry, and workout bench w/dumbbells. No Smoking, No Pets, No Vaping. EV charger, bicycle, and rowing machine included, if needed. Access to the room is via the main house door, but please communicate with us via text or phone in advance. In some circumstances, a 2-door sedan can be rented at an additional, reasonable daily rate, with proof of sufficient insurance coverage, a valid driver's license, and at the owner's discretion. We will respect your privacy, but if you need assistance or want tips on the best places to dine, shop, sightseeing, commuting, etc., we are just a phone call/text away. No pets, no smoking, no negative thoughts :)
