There is a coin operated washer and dryer on site. This second-story studio consists of one sleeping/kitchenette room, a full-size bathroom with tub and a closet. Be aware, like all places, this place is not perfect, it is small- you can see the entire single room in the pictures, there is no on-site parking, but street parking is reasonably available most of the time. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Located in the walkable and historic Cherokee Point area of San Diego, it is a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood food mart and grocery and a 5-minute walk to the bus station. If you prefer to drive, you are 1 minute from the University Avenue exit off I-15, 10 minutes from the Mission Valley Mall and the Gaslamp District and 15 minutes from the beach! Rent includes electricity, gas, water, sewer and trash. Rent is $1000 per four weeks with a lease starting May 27th and ending August 17th. Payments required to move in: $1,000 damage deposit and rent through June 30th, which is 1000 + $1375 = 2175. On July 1st the remaining rent through 8/17/17 is due ($1,725) There is a $30 application fee per adult for a full credit and background check. One small very well-behaved cat will be considered with additional deposit of $250 and additional rent of $25 per month. Sorry no dogs. Security Deposit and Background Check require!
