Some garage storage. Large deck with BBQ grill that backs to open space. 1 tamed and house trained pet okay. Nature preserve a block away. Park less than 1/2 mile. Grocery store 1.2 miles away. Nice SE Aurora neighborhood. 1 year commitment.
