Here's a little blurb about living in the tiny house/Garage apartment/pool house from the last tenant: This little space is serene and efficient. A delightful blend of form and function- it's the perfect spot for someone looking to enjoy the spirit and convenience of the Heights while avoiding the hustle. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone who likes to come home and enjoy a quiet place away from neighbors and noise. Oh yeah, and the ever-blooming garden and salt water pool are pretty nice, too. The utilities are not included. They are on a separate meter, so you do not have to apply for service. I will bill you each month. They average $50-$75, depending on your usage. You will enter your apartment via a security gate at the front of the house. From there, it is just a few steps down the driveway to your covered entrance, where you will and enter the garage. Once inside you are just a few steps from your front door. When I moved in in 2000, one of the first things I did was change the chlorine pool into a salt water pool. You are invited to enjoy the pool at your leisure, between 7am and 9pm. If you are hosting a guest. a heads-up would be appreciated. The original house was built in 1935. During the sixties, the owners added a swimming pool, and in the 1990's, there was a fire, which destroyed the fireplace in the main part of the house. In the reconstruction, the owners did not remove the fire box, which narrows the entrance to the two car garage. When they added the pool room, they built a new fireplace, with the the fire box inside the garage, thus turning the once two car garage, into a one car garage. If you want to park your car in the garage, and not on the street, you can do that for $100 a month.
