Property manager will mow lawn and assist with maintaining planted beds, shrubs and trees. Given the extensive nature of the gardens, this is a large effort valued at hundreds of dollars per month (plus the cost of plant material). This service is included. Landscaping has been recently upgraded with paths and sprinkler system for efficient, economical watering. There is garden space for tenant to plant with annuals or vegetables as desired. Cats okay/dogs are not. Pet fee/deposit of $500 with $250 potentially refunded at end of lease. BEST PART?! You cat will enjoy their own catio, an enclosed outdoor shelter that keeps them safe and happy. Parking on street. Utilities not included. Current tenant reports average $200-$250 per month.
