Aloha! We have a beautiful, boho home located in the heart of North East Park. The home is so cozy and will have everything you need to make you fall in love with St Pete and this location! We can offer the home fully furnished as seen in the pictures, or unfurnished. Includes a 65" Smart TV with Disney, Hulu, Netflix, and more. It's technically a three bedroom, two bath but there is also a huge walk-in closet off the master bedroom that includes a desk with an Apple Studio Display monitor in case you or someone are working from home. The bathroom off the master bedroom has a walk-in shower with his and her sinks, connecting to the walk-in closet. Everything has been re-done. You'll have your own wing! On the other side of the home are two more bedrooms with queen beds and a second bathroom with bathtub in case you need a soak after a long day. The kitchen is immaculate and we'll make sure you have what you need to cook a full meal at home. Nice and new stainless steel appliances. Access to the house is through the back alley way. Private and secured with a big fence gate. Northeast Park is a good, quiet, and safe neighborhood! The ride to downtown/Vinoy Park along Coffee Pot Bayou s a favorite! We hope you'll love our little home as much as we do! Utilities not included. We ask for a $250 refundable pet deposit. Please no smoking in the house. Parking is through the back alley back. You can fit a max of 3 cars on the asphalt driveway. No parking in the grass please. Trash included. You'll throw your trash in the big black dumpsters in the back alley. Recycling comes bi-weekly on Monday mornings.
