We have loved living here and only moved to be closer to childcare for our new baby. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is wonderful. There is a lovely balcony that provides great outdoor space in addition to the square footage of the unit. The sunsets are beautiful! We have made this unit a great home for us with all new floors, new appliances, a new toilet, and display shelves. This is a great spot for anyone who loves walkability, culture, and a great central location. The Hillcrest farmers market is every Sunday, Padres games are just a bus ride away, and you will have a coveted parking spot for San Diego Pride in July! Partially furnished, kitchen supplies included (pots, pans, utensils, French press, water kettle). Monthly fee for electricity and WiFi (12 month lease holder can take over WiFi and electricity if they prefer). Excellent neighbors, great lighting, fantastic neighborhood.
