The utilities (internet, PG&E( gas) & Smud(electric) to be the responsibility of the tenant. * COST OF RENTAL: 6 MONTH LEASE: $1,625 per month/$850 deposit 12 MONTH + LEASE: $ 1,600 per month / $1,000 2 - 4 + YEAR LEASE: $1,575 per month / $ 1,575 * PARKING: Street parking is available, and a parking permit for the area can be easily obtained * ADDITIONAL FEATURES: There is an on-site washer and dryer, charming, secluded back garden with patio furniture, and a private entrance which has security lights. Full fridge. Slow cooker. Microwave. I will accept a stay 6 month period, though I would prefer 2-4+ years. Landlord pays for the City Water & Garbage and weekly gardener. The tenant pays for internet service, gas and electric. No smoking policy in the rental. It is street parking only, but there is a parking permit that is valid to October 2025. There is a $50 deposit for the permit. You are less likely to accidentally drive off with it on your dashboard that way! You can also obtain your own permit from the city which includes 2 permits. I prefer no pets. But could be persuaded, depending on the pet. However, there would be a pet deposit of $ 500 The deposit varies, depending on your stay. 6 month lease is $ 850 12 month lease is $1000 2-4+ year is $1,575 $ Which will be returned if the rental is left in good/very clean condition (normal wear and tear not withstanding). There is a cleaning fee of $ 100 if needed.
