Plans start as low as $27 per month. If you need to pay out the security deposit of $1595 over a couple of months, you may and it will need to be agreed in writing with payment dates specified. If you fill out the Zillow application, I also require a lease application with $50 fee. Or you can just fill out only my lease application so you're not paying 2 fees.
