Disqualifiers: False info, unverifiable income. Occupancy (4 persons Max): 2 persons max per bedroom. Fees & Deposit: non-refundable application fee per adult. Security deposit: one month's rent. Pet Policy: no pets. Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep, including regular trash disposal, maintaining cleanliness of the property and snow removal. Any repairs or maintenance required due to tenant negligence will be billed to the tenant. Tenant shall report any major maintenance needs or repairs to the landlord promptly. Inspections: Landlord reserves the right to schedule property inspections with 48 hours' notice.
