My home was built in 2000. I had hurricane Ike damage and replaced and upgraded roof to 30 year, installed Brazilian cherry wood flooring and custom paint throughout the house in 2009. Ceramic tile installed0 in kitchen in 2013. The hot water heater is located in attic area and was replaced in 2011. A/C unit was replaced with a 4 ton energy saving unit in 2017. This home is a corner lot so the front and back yards are huge. I take pride in the yard work we do. The work is constant and there is no sprinkler system installed so summer watering is quite a project. One day there will be a sprinkler system installed.
