Roommate wanted in the heart of North Park. Must have a credit score of 650 minimum. This is a great house with it's own free laundry room. I'm looking for a peaceful pleasant person (no couples). My roommate must be clean and help with basic chores around the house and split the cost of toilets simplicities such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and cleaning supplies. Common sense and respect is a must. Slobs need not apply. There is a completed gated large yard and our own trash cans so no one will be digging through our dumpsters at weird hours. We would also take turns bringing the cans to the curb. The backyard is beautiful with a swing plants, barbecue, misters for hot days, and complete privacy it's a very quiet area. I do own a well-behaved service dog that has hair so it does not shed. My dog would also have to approve of you. If you have a pet and it's compatible there is a $500 pet deposit per the landlord who will also have to approve of you. The house is beautifully furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished and all yours. There is a well maintained shared bathroom. If you have extra furniture there will be no room for that. I am easy going and completely drama free and that's exactly what I need in my roommate. No partiers but it is a 420 friendly household. There is no tobacco smoking on the premises. I love to cook and share meals. There is a fully equipped kitchen for you to also cook in as long as you promptly clean up after yourself. The location is perfect. It's completely walkable to everything just off University avenue and the closest freeway is the 805. Utilities that will be shared are the internet and electricity which are a very minimal cost the 5g internet is 25 per person and the electrical plan is on a low-income plan so it's generally inexpensive. There will be a background check so if there's any criminal record you need not apply. I am looking for someone that will stay long-term (6 month minimum) but it will be a month to month lease. Privacy is also very important to me. you will also have your privacy. I'm not looking for a best friend but if that develops that is great too. Overnight guests will be limited and mutually agreed upon.
