Room is the second largest in the house. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Room can be furnished with a bed and desk or unfurnished. House has a nice pool with a large backyard. Guests are welcome and pets too as long as they are house trained and relatively quiet. Smoking is allowed just please do it outside to be mindful of roomates. Lease doesn't have to be 6 months it's just a preference. I would prefer if the lease would be at least 3 months and there's no maximum
