A pull-out queen sofa sleeper ensures ample sleeping space for additional guests. Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is on a first-come, first-served basis only. Enjoy the pristine beaches and explore the wonderful restaurants and attractions the island has to offer, experiencing the ultimate in oceanfront living at Oceans of Amelia. Only one vehicle per condo is allowed at this complex. The complex will be under construction starting September 2024. No pets allowed.
