Nice little cabin by Lake Texoma where all the deer and turkeys come to visit. It boarders the core property and is Lake front. You can walk down to the Lake and throw a line. In the winter it has view of the lake and Grandpappy's Marina. My wife and I have owned the place for over 14 years and its was a very comfortable cabin for us. We lived there for the last 2 years but decided to get a little bigger house. There is a boat barn on the property which I will continue to use to store my boat. We presently have the property listed on Air BNB but would like to rent on a month to month basis. The property has a double lot and has an aerobic septic. Water is provided by the local water company, Has great internet connectivity and electric is reliable. The area is growing and there are plans to build a Margaretaville Resort which will include lots of new infrastructure for the area, including a new Fire Station, Marina, Hotel, etc. A fun property to live and the neighbors are great. The house rent will include all bills - electric, water, and garbage pickup. Would be perfect for short to mid term needs for 1 or 2 people. All bills paid except charging your car (electric cars). Bills include internet (500 mb/s), electric, water, garbage. Lease is month to month and house is comfortably furnished. This is a non smoking home. Help with maintaining the property is appreciated.
