We are renting out the house for a starting price of $130 a night but may change due to certain weekends & holidays. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with an additional person(s) fee which is $50 extra for each person per night. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 which is added to the total bill cost. We can do weekly stays but no more than 25days at a time. If BOOKING is more than 3days of CHECK-IN, a deposit of 50% is required and the other half within the 72hrs of check in date, if full payment is not collected within the 2days of CHECK-IN DATE you will NOT have access to the property and deposit will NOT be refunded. Once payment is received youll get a security code for the door. The house has a private driveway and a gated backyard with a screened in porch. Washer & dryer are also available on the property. House is freshly renovated!! NO PETS at this time. No smoking inside the property. Only 15min to international airport, 15min to Downtown Orlando & 25min to the Premium shopping outlets and Disney!! The area is surrounded with great local restaurants and parks for the children to enjoy. This is a wonderful family friendly home to anyone looking to make memories in the orlando area. Text/call for reservations and the dates available. Stays are NO longer than 25 days!! Renter MUST end stay on the 25th day from check-in date. Check in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am unless approval has been given. Renter is responsible for house maintenance and cleaning during their time of stay which is but not limited to (dishes,garbage,extra toiletries/linen,etc) Lawn gets mowed by landscaper .No pets,No smoking inside.
