There are several families in this neighborhood who are initial owners. Many of them have children between the age of 4 and 15 with the majority in the 7-12 age range. The street is a court but is longer so there is plenty of parking. The house sits on the corner lot of another court and the neighbors behind are not directly behind - amounts in quite a bit of privacy. My children absolutely adored the neighborhood park that is less than 2 blocks away from the home and visable from the house (there is an empty lot at the end of the court and adjacent to the park). We are less than 2 miles away from a major shopping and restaurant area with the Roseville Galleria as the hub. Costco, WorldMarket, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ulta and Nordstrom's Rack are just a few of the stores in the area.
