And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hrs 10p.m-7a.m. All household trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster at the front of the property. Never leave trash outside. ONLY household trash. No furniture, appliances, construction materials, etc. We can do a 1 month or 2 month lease.
