    I was recently in Tucson and opted to install an entirely new tile shower and bathroom. It's fantastic! In my view, arguably the nicest 1 bedroom units in central Tucson. Interior pictures forthcoming in the next few days, and my partner, Debbie is scheduling showings now. This very cool, very clean, very quiet condo has off street parking for up to 2 cars, in-unit clothes washer/dryer, and access from both the parking and courtyard areas. This is a quiet, safe property with most of the tenants living her for years. I own single family homes in Tucson and small apartments, and take pride in providing great places to live. This project gets landscaping attention twice monthly, and my maintenance team in Tucson is very responsive. This apartment project received a new roof in 2015 as well as new landscaping in 2018. If you decide to rent from me, I will treat you like a client! Tenant pays for all utilities, water/sewer/trash at fixed amounts of $30 per occupant. Landlord pays for landscaping and property maintenance.
