The lease ends March 31st, 2026 with the option to extend/renew the lease. It is a very spacious and beautiful home. It is 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. One bathroom having a tub and the other bathroom being a shower. The rent is $1,950 base, with an option for an exterior parking spot for an additional $50 a month. Credit minimum is 675 and 3x rental income required. There is central AC. There is an in-unit laundry. The comes with the following appliances: washer/dryer, fridge, oven/range, and dishwasher. This property was just constructed and is less than a year old. Tenant pays for gas, electricity, and wifi. Pets are allowed and a deposit and monthly rent is required per pet.
