Elementary school is Parkview Elementary. This rental is managed by the Village at Baker Creek. I am just a tenant trying to find someone to take over the lease. I do not own the unit I currently live in it. You will be responsible for 1st months rent , $225 lease takeover fee, and any additional deposit owed. However, we have already paid a deposit of $1500 so you might not owe any additional deposit (it is based on your credit, rental history, and employment history). The deposit stays with the unit. So when you move out you will get the deposit back $1500 (minus they subtract for cleaning/damages, etc). The unit is very clean and in excellent condition. You must view the unit before applying. You must accept the unit in as-is condition. NO PETS ALLOWED. You will pay water/sewage every other month with your monthly rent. You are responsible for electric. Application fee is $40 per adult living in the unit. If you are interested, you must view the unit first before you apply. After you view the unit, you can call the leasing office to request application via email.
