The living room has high ceilings and lots of natural light. Bedroom includes a standard closet plus built-in California Closets drawers and shelves. Kitchen has refrigerator, gas stove and nice island (sorry, no dishwasher). Bathroom has shower only. The cottage also has an outdoor storage shed with full size washer and dryer. A very nice couch and queen-size bed are available to you if interested (see photos). Please reply via email if interested in viewing the cottage. We will then schedule a time that works for you, us and our current tenant. Rent includes water, sewer and garbage. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and internet.
