We are offering a flexible lease term between 3 - 7 months but you must vacate by 5/1/19. Our home is a fully furnished, basic beach bungalow situated in a quiet residential neighborhood conveniently located on the east side of Route 1 in south end of the Rehoboth Beach. If you enjoy the opportunity to live, dine, & shop Rehoboth during off season, we offer a family home at a monthly cost roughly equal to 2 weekends of hotel stays/month. Just pack your suitcase, everything is here awaiting your arrival! Off season rental available for 3 - 7 months, must vacate by 5/1/19. $1200/month includes cable/internet, trash, water/sewer and a $200 credit toward electric.
