I wandered out onto the back patio, looked up over the pool, and was met by the most unobstructed views of the Catalinas. This little gem has been well loved, has a great floorplan, and lives much larger than its square footage. The home is livable now, but could be so much more with a little updating. Set back from the street and nestled on a cul-de-sac... I would not wait on this.
