The home is located in the rear corner of the park, so there isn't a lot of traffic. I only have a neighbor on one side, and she is very quiet. There is lots of additional parking on the dead end street adjacent to my lot, and no one lives behind me, as it backs up to forest preserve. The park is pet friendly, and there are children for your kids to play with. It's a nice community for family, or for the person who likes their privacy.
