This contemporary home in the Northview neighborhood has been vacant & neglected for quite some time. The house needs a good deal of work both inside and outside & has been priced accordingly. The house sits high up overlooking Twin Lakes on 3 acres (4 separate lots). What a neat opportunity to purchase and remodel this unique home with over 3,900 sq ft of living space, 3-4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 3 magnificent fireplaces. Note the spacious master bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet, the interesting wine cellar and the living room and adjoining deck with commanding views of the Twin Lakes valley. You might choose to retain all 4 lots (3 acres total) or sell off a couple of the lots for future development.
