Not alot of room for gardening, but some,,a little. Utilities: In-Unit full size Washer/Dryer, Water/Sewer, Garbage, Elec, Gas Heat, small A/C in each bedroom) (Not Phone, Cable, or Wifi, It is cable-ready, you pay for hookup/monthly bill.) Security Deposit 400+ Depends on screening outcome. No out of state co-signers. No smoking, vaping, open flames (with gas stove in kitchen as exception) Pets: up to 2, under 20# each. Month to month, option to Lease up to 2 years, after 3 months. All applicants and co-housing applicants must apply and pass rental and criminal screening, however only Main Applicant needs to make minimum of 2x Asking Rent criteria, the 2nd applicant still needs to fill out apps, and go on Agreement, but only the Main Applicant will be paying the rent in full, including utilities of $200 a month, then any/all others will pay their dues to Main Applicant as agreed between you all. After viewing, if you want to rent, then fill out landlords required paper apps, they are $20 each, with that amount taken off 1st rent if signed. You may be asked to provide other Industry Standard Rental Criteria, such as paystubs, bank statements, full credit report, co-signer. MySmartMove will be your Background Investigation ap if you do not go through Zillow. Allow a few days for verification. If accepted, then you will sign a paper Agreement, and other move-in forms. Be sure to read all of the small print on the back of all the forms, and keep your copies. Then pay rents/deposits. The 1st months rent can be prorated. Payments through bank to bank transfer, checking account checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or cash with receipt given each time. Your Security deposit depends on income to rent ratio, income to debt ratio, past renter and employment history.
