The upstairs has dormer ceiling, so this would not be appropriate for someone over 6 ft. tall. The renter is responsible for outdoor yard maintenance such as cutting grass and trimming bushes and paying the utilities. There is a possibility to rent an additional storage space and or garage. The rent includes 1 storage shed. I'd prefer non-smoking professional as a tenant. No pets. owner pays trash and HOA fee which includes river access and boat launch
