If you'd like a tour I am coming up to cocoa beach this weekend Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon give me a call.This is an unfurnished 2 br corner unit with a wrap around balcony which gives you views of both swimming pool and ocean plus fabulous sunsets. Short walk to restaurant and night spots. A short drive to the Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral, where you'll find many fabulous places to eat and explore. Make sure to set aside time for a trip to NASA it's out of this world . You will also be able to walk right out onto the beach to take in the launches that are going off all the time now. So exciting You can relax on the wrap around balcony and chose to look down at the pool or out at the beach and ocean. No matter how hot it is there is always a nice breeze off the ocean. The corner unit has plenty of natural light from all the windows. Sliders in master bedroom and living room both lead to the balcony. Spacious dining room living room area, master bedroom has bars in bathroom in and outside the shower. The oven is hardly used, microwave was preferred, large fridge, dishwasher, window with view of the beach and a large pantry. You will have a key for the elevator, stairwells and beach access. The beach here is not crowded and you can always find an area that is away from everyone else. So read, sun, swim, surf or learn to paddle board or kiteboard. The sky is the limit! This is a great condo with great people. There is a beautiful pool with a clubhouse and many nights you can fine your neighbors on the dock (area leading to beach) having cocktails if you feel like company. Shhhh This is Paradise! There is a queen bed, small flat screen tv and kitchen supplies if you need. I wish I could say pets are welcome but only owners can have them. There is no under cover parking but there is a huge parking lot so, no issues with finding a space. Shopping carts are kept by the clubhouse so you only need one trip after shopping. Depending on where you like the A/C depends on the utilities. Hardly ever need Heat. Cable is provided by the condo unless you need more. There is even a place to wash your car. No smoking except on balcony. Think I've covered everything but please let me know if I missed something. Since I am renting yearly I was told to empty the place which I did. There is still a queen bed (not a year old), a flat screen TV and a few things in the kitchen. I need these for when I come up to show the place. If you want them they can stay if not they can go.
