This is a lovely two bedroom with a private terrace -- I actually used to live in this building, but a floor up and would always look down jealously at it! Previous tenants put raised vegetable beds. Both bedrooms can accommodate queen sized beds, and have large windows. It's a corner unit, so the whole place is super bright. There's high ceilings and hardwood floors. The landlord is awesome and responds quickly if anything is needed. The neighborhood has a bunch of great coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and there's a dog park nearby (which we unfortunately couldn't go to frequently because the pup in my photo is a maniac and terrorized other dogs and people. We 3 him anyway.) Looking for near future occupancy. Three times the rent to move in. Pets allowed :)
