Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas for stove, & hot water. Must be able to get NIPSCO turned on in your name. Must have first & last months rent plus security deposit on signing of lease. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING! Must sign 1 year lease. Must keep doors locked at all times for security for you and the other tenants in the building. There is 24 hour security cameras in the hallways and outside each door. Must not disturb other tenants or neighbors.
