This home is minutes to restaurants,shopping and entertainments. Beaches are 30-40 mins drive.Lots of things to do around the area. Fort Myers is just a border away. May to November is $5,900 a month. Or 1700 a week . Dec -April is $8000 a month or $2500 per week. All other utilities and pool maintenance are included except Tenant is responsible for electric bill. 11.5 % Tourist tax if less than 6 months . Plus $250 cleaning fee . Month to month deposit is $2000. 6 months to yearly will have standard fees and deposit ( 1 month advance, 1 month deposit) One small dog (under 10 lbs ) maybe allowed with non refundable pet deposit $250.
