This is a great pool home to share with the owner. The homeowner is a professional lady. Looking for a non-smoker professional male or female housemate (only one person). Needs to be very clean and keep common areas clean as well. Utilities are included in the rent but must buy their own cleaning and personal products and food. When doing laundry, use full load. Parking is on the street. Street cleaning Wednesday 12:00 noon thru 4:00 pm. There is not much room for additional furniture. No pets.
