This condo is our primary residence. We choose to share it with renters for the months of June through September. It is direct Ocean Front on the 6th floor. High enough for great views and low enough to be comfortable. The building and this unit are well maintained. Flat screen TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Nice - mostly new furniture including the leather living room suite with electric recline in the couch, love seat, and chair. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. Laundry has new washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, etc. We are seeking reliable renters that would like to try our condo with an eye toward making it their annual vacation spot. June and July of next year have already been booked by this year's guests. August and September remain available. If you're looking for a condo that's more like a home than rental, this one is for you. Do you like Keurig coffee or InstaPot cooking? No Problem. Do you want a printer that will connect to you devices? No problem. Do you want a building with a full time manager in the building (most condos have part-time management)? No problem. when you are on vacation, what is the thing you want more than anything else NO PROBLEMS! Only possible deal breaker is if you can't accept the rules prohibiting pets, smoking, or vaping. State and County taxes are 12.5% Cleaning fee is $150.00 Security and reservation deposit are refundable (to date I have never withheld any of a deposit)
