    EcoFlats-Fremont (3835 and 3837 Evanston Ave N) consists of two condo-quality buildings, side by side. Each building has two units on each floor, four stories tall. The apartments are roughly 425 square feet and feature hardwood floors, tiled counters, full sized appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. The buildings are 4-Star Built Green (Certified) and offer large windows for lots of natural light, extra insulation to reduce heating bills, is constructed with sustainable materials and offers a carpet-free environment. We are located in the heart of Fremont, a transit-oriented neighborhood. Parking is on-street only. We do not offer on-site parking. Fremont is a fantastically pedestrian-, bike-, and bus-friendly neighborhood with direct connections to Downtown, UW and Ballard. If you do have a car, Zone parking passes are available from the City for a small annual fee. Pricing 3837 #2 is priced at $1495/month. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of your premium must be provided to management. You can purchase a tenant liability policy through our insurer for $10.50/month, if you do not currently have insurance. Deposit is $800. Sorry, no dogs. Cats welcome with additional $200 refundable deposit. This is the junior 1-BDR floor plan. It's a full apartment w/ kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with large closet. The living room and kitchen are single room set up like a studio, but there is a separate full bedroom. Tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a good amount of storage and counter space. In the hallway, there is a utility closet with washer/dryer and a separate coat closet. Unit #2 is a ground level unit with it's own entrance. It can be accessed without using stairs and is ADA compliant with accessible features in the unit. Utilities: Water, Sewer, Garbage is paid to the tenant portal based on usage. Electricity is billed separately by Seattle City Light.
