Landlord is under no independent obligation to hire pest control or other such services. Landlord will be responsible for necessary tree-trimming or removal. Tenant agrees to notify Landlord of any damage to property from natural causes such as storms, heavy winds, flooding, or fallen tree limbs. Pay Rent by check, money order, or other traceable or negotiable instrument, including online or electronic payment, so long as that method is traceable, and so long as the Landlord consents to that method.
