Microsoft is up the hill, just a 2 minute drive away. The bus stop is right across the street. Redmond is the biking capital of Washington state, and if you can't bring your bike, I have one for you to use. So many beautiful bike trails all around! I live 5 minutes from Marymoor Park where you can walk trails, see evening outdoor movies, take in Cirque du Soleil, or go to an outdoor concert. The park is full of wildlife, and you can watch the Herons nest and fishing in the streams that go through the park. Redmond has 2 large movie theatres, great restaurants, gyms, and lots of shopping at Redmond Town Center. Beautiful Idlewood Park is 1 block away, the perfect destination for a picnic dinner ( I have a picnic basket for you to use), and a swim in Lake Sammamish. Idlewood Park has a full time lifeguard on duty all summer. This listing is for a cozy room at the end of a small hallway, and has an ensuite bathroom. The laundry closet is just outside of your room, so its all very private. I prepared the room to cater to your comfort and wellbeing. It is freshly painted. The pillows are new, as well as the towels, and the bedding is good quality, with a new mattress cover and pillow protectors. Your room has a mini Keurig, a room air santitizer/ purifyer, and an a/c unit. You will have access to my kitchen, and some storage for you food. Enjoy an evening on the deck to unwind. I also offer concierge services as needed. This is a lease for a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, access to kitchen, and deck, and includes a dedicated parking spot. The lease can be anywhere from 3-12 months. I am open to extending the lease as needed. Utilities are included. The $300.00 is a maintenance deposit for cleaning, and is refundable upon vacating property if the room is properly cleaned.
