The house has just been repainted as well as new Pergo floors were installed in the living room, dining room, and hallway, the 2 bedrooms are carpeted. There is a nice private patio in front of the house as well as a covered patio in the back yard. The master bedroom is spacious with direct access to the back yard. I’m not using a realtor so if you wish to purchase the house we can go to a title company of your choosing and they will do all the necessary paperwork for the purchase. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions. If I don’t answer please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
