Basement is unfinished and basement bedroom is a kid's bunk room. Lease Highlights: Seasonal rental available for Summer/Fall. Month-to-month lease; longer-term arrangements may be considered. Monthly rent includes electricity, Wi-Fi, and trash service. Security deposit: $5,000 (equivalent to one month's rent). Parking includes one garage space and two additional driveway spaces. Pets are generally not permitted; exceptions may be considered with prior written approval. No cats due to allergies. Additional monthly fee may apply. Occupancy & Use: Maximum occupancy of three (3) adults. All adult occupants must be listed on the lease and individually screened. Guests are limited to no more than 5 days per month without prior written consent from the landlord. Subleasing, short-term rentals, or lodging services (e.g., Airbnb) are strictly prohibited. Property Care & Rules: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the interior of the property in a clean and habitable condition. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the premises. Exterior maintenance is the responsibility of the landlord. Safety & Additional Policies: For health and safety reasons, individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the sauna. No alcohol or glass containers are permitted in the sauna; water only. Use should be moderated based on individual health and tolerance. The property is equipped with Ring video doorbells at the front and back entrances for security purposes. Insurance Requirement: Renters insurance is required for all tenants.
