The apartment has been completely refurbished. Walls painted, floors sanded, new kitchen floor put down, new blinds, etc. The apartment is a second floor walkup - Living room, dining room, kitchen. One large bedroom, one smaller bedroom. Property sits on Delaware Avenue, across the street from a CVS, next door to a hardware store, 4 block walk to a movie theatre. Delaware Avenue is a quiet working class neighborhood. Water is the only utility provided. Tenant pays electric and gas for this apartment. There is a hook-up for a portable washer and dryer in the kitchen I do not rent do long term leases. If I have a problem with a tenant, then I want to remove them as quickly as possible. Therefore my lease agreements stipulate a 30 day lease term. Most of my tenants stay with me for many years. I have a policy that if police are called to the apartment for any reason then the lease is terminated and eviction proceedings will begin. (Yes, I have had a few bad apples) I am looking for tenants who are clean, quiet, and appreciate a nice place to live. All enquires will be met with an application. Tenant is responsible for keeping the stair way to the apartment neat and orderly.
