This home was bought in 1988. It has a total of 10 rooms. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has an enclosed front porch which we built on roughly 7 years ago. Has a deck that was built on the foundation is good just needs new top wood. Has a huge living room area a good size dining room and kitchen seperate. Also has a back room for a washer and dryer. We had a new water softner and a/c system put in January 2014. Both bathrooms have new toilets and new sinks except the guest bathroom. We've redone the floors we are trying to finish it if we can.
