Large fenced back yard with big shade trees. 2 car garage and a gravel packing on the side for rv. Solar panels provide power for the whole house eliminating the electric bill most months. Just put in new carpet and paint. Deposit is refundable if the home is as it was when first rented beyond normal use. If not than whatever needs to be cleaned or fixed will be taking from the deposit. Pet deposit required and monthly fee. Has washer and Dryer. Has solar so electricity bill is nothing most months
