Daylight basement apartment in popular Pigeon Point neighborhood, just five minutes from downtown Seattle. Suburban West Seattle neighborhood with extensive greenbelt and walking trails. You'll have a private outside patio and lounge and a separate entrance. Apartment has a living room, a bedroom large enough to include a second smaller couch. Small kitchen with a bar and two plug-in electric burners. Full washer and dryer. And a tiny reading room with skylights. Bus stop 3 blocks away but down a hill. For traveling nurses, we are close/bus to Harborview, Swedish hospital, Virginia Mason and First Hill. The house has a large doodle dog and two inside/outside cats. They are not great with boundaries. It's the basement floor of our house - so must be okay with pets. West Seattle has tons of fun restaurants and entertainment but a car is helpful to get around. There are two bars with good food walking distance down the hill, one with live music. Walking up our hill is great exercise (3 blocks up) but our street has an excellent view of the Puget Sound and the city. I am looking for a short-term renter. Traveling nurses are perfect. 3-4 months. All utilities are included. It is a private apartment but I also live in the house w/ a teenager and 3 pets - so please understand you are sharing a house.
