Whether you are headed to work or class, your daily commute will be a breeze as our community is centrally located. Convenience is key with easy access to Universities, UTC, beaches and parks. There are many entertainment and dining options within minutes ensuring a vibrant social life (very inexpensive to Uber downtown or the Benderson Park area). The home's layout is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, tranquility, and the perfect setting for focused work or study.
