    What's special

Sheepshead Bay. One bedroom co-op apartment. Move-in condition. Near King Bay, UA Sheepshead Bay 14 IMAX Theater. Emmons Ave. and the Bay are close by. Large bedrooms and spacious living room. Expansive natural lights fills the entire apartment all day long! Ample and extra deep closet space for all your storage needs. Elevators building with security guard. Laundry facilities in the lobby area. Parking available (waiting list). Easilay accessible to the Belt, the B4 and B3 are around the corner. Sheepshead bay is a peaceful neighborhood that is famous for its waterfront along Emmons Avenue, where there are several seafood and ethnic cuisine restaurants. It has a feel of old Brooklyn and strong ties in the community, almost like small towns do. Some of my favorite places to eat, like Randazzo's Clam Bar and Roll-N-Roaster are still there and haven't changed much of their establishment. It's nice to have some things remain the same, seeing as how everyday life is changing by the second. Its good to have views of different aspect. It is Great to have a night walk by the Bay with a nice view and some sea breeze. There is also a movie theatre nearby for leisure family time.
