There is a Level 2 (fast) Electric Vehicle charger installed, so a great house for EV owners! Tenant pays for all utilities (WSG, electricity). Fiber internet is available in the neighborhood through Quantum Fiber. Available May 1, 2025, for 12 month lease. Due upon move in: $7200 (first month rent, plus $3600 security deposit). $500 of the security deposit is nonrefundable for cleaning. Dogs allowed with additional $1000 pet deposit ($500 of the pet deposit is nonrefundable for cleaning). No cats. No smoking in the house. Application fee of $35 per person over the age of 18. All applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications for tenancy: Income: Gross income must be at least 2.5x rent amount. Employment/Income must be verified with past three (3) months pay stubs or other financial statement. Credit: 700+ credit score with 5 or less late payments or collection notices on record. Rental History: Current and/or prior rental references must be favorable. Eviction Records within the past 3 years will not be considered for occupancy. Applicants who received 3 or more lease violation notices from their previous landlord will not be considered for occupancy.
