Room is also adjacent to a full bathroom which is shared with one tenant who currently travels 50% of the time for work. All utilities are included. No smoking allowed inside and no eating food that could be spilled or leave residues within rooms. Eating snacks within rooms is allowed. Any other meals that could create a mess should be eaten at one of the two dining tables in the shared space on the first level. Overnight guest are allowed, limited to 2 consecutive nights per week (this is to limit crowding an utility cost)
